Contribution Information
The 5Plus2 Challenge is a mission-driven social enterprise dedicated to advancing diabetes prevention and support through community outreach, education, and awareness initiatives. Contributions help support community programs, educational materials, outreach activities, health fair participation, and the day-to-day operations necessary to advance our mission.
Because the 5Plus2 Challenge is not a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, contributions are not tax-deductible, and charitable donation receipts cannot be issued.
